Zack is a Principal who serves as RIVHAB's Civil and Construction Division Lead, overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of projects from concept through construction.

With over 11 years of experience in civil engineering, stream restoration, floodplain management, and construction, Zack leads the civil and construction teams in delivering integrated, effective solutions with precision. He works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to develop design-build approaches that align with client goals and long-term project success.

Zack holds a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. He is also a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and holds multiple Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) certifications.
