Your Role
We’re looking for a visionary Water Resources Engineer / Project Manager ready to lead dynamic, high-impact river and restoration projects with an incredibly talented and energetic team. You’ll work directly with clients — listening, designing, and translating their goals into creative, buildable solutions.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on big ideas and tangible results. You’ll guide designs from initial concept through construction, mentor emerging engineers, and help grow RIVHAB’s technical and creative capacity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of professional experience (PE required)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills
- Proven experience delivering complete plans, specs, and cost estimates
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience with UAV/drone surveying or construction management
- Background in stream restoration, fish passage, or geomorphic design
