RIVHAB and Revive Riverscape Solutions Unite to Advance Integrated Riverscape Restoration
Eagle, IDAHO - Revive Riverscape Solutions, LLC and RIVHAB Engineering & Earthworks are proud to announce the unification of their teams as one integrated organization under RIVHAB Engineering & Earthworks. This milestone represents the next step in a partnership that began in 2021 and has grown into a shared mission and vision to deliver science-based, process-driven riverscape restoration at greater scale and impact.
What began as a close collaboration has evolved into a fully integrated team, combining Revive’s leadership in process-based valley-reset (Stage 0) restoration with RIVHAB’s advanced engineering, hydraulic modeling, and construction capabilities. “We are thrilled to welcome Kate Meyer and the Revive Riverscape Solutions team as we officially come together under one name,” said Jeanne McFall, President and Principal Engineer of RIVHAB. “The expertise and leadership they bring in riverscape reconnection strengthens our ability to expand our impact and deliver meaningful, lasting restoration outcomes.”
Together, the unified organization is uniquely positioned to deliver end-to-end riverscape solutions from watershed-scale planning and design through permitting, construction, and long-term monitoring throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. This alignment will allow RIVHAB to fully operate as a true design-build team, ensuring restoration concepts translate seamlessly into durable, high-functioning outcomes on the ground.
“We’re excited to formally join the RIVHAB team after a year of close collaboration,” said Kate Meyer, owner and Aquatic Ecologist of Revive Riverscape Solutions. “By uniting our shared values and complementary strengths, we see a real opportunity to scale process-based restoration and deliver projects that create lasting benefits for rivers, ecosystems, and communities.”
Effective April 27, 2026, Revive Riverscape Solutions will operate under RIVHAB Engineering & Earthworks, bringing both teams together under one unified brand. Clients and partners can expect continuity in relationships, project teams, and service quality, alongside expanded capabilities and increased capacity for complex, watershed-scale projects. With additional satellite offices in Central Oregon and a growing multidisciplinary team, RIVHAB is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of rivers, ecosystems, and communities.

RIVHAB Engineering & Earthworks is a certified 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) specializing in river science, engineering design, and construction. Founded in 2019 in Eagle, Idaho, RIVHAB bridges the gap between river science, engineering, and hands-on construction — delivering real-world solutions that restore healthy rivers and landscapes across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
RIVHAB's interdisciplinary team brings more than 250 combined years of experience, including drone pilots, eight river engineers, seven scientists, and three construction operators. The team specializes in restoring rivers, floodplains, and wetlands using process-based approaches, with deep expertise in fisheries science, floodplain reconnection, groundwater and surface water interactions, wood and sediment dynamics, and habitat restoration for fish and wildlife.
As a licensed heavy-civil construction contractor with bonding capacity exceeding $5M, RIVHAB offers true in-house design/build capability — uniting engineering design, UAV LiDAR and survey, permitting, hydraulic and geomorphic analysis, and construction under one roof. This integrated approach means projects move seamlessly from concept to completion, staying scientifically sound, buildable, and built to last. RIVHAB also provides drone-based remote sensing and comprehensive project monitoring. Contact: info@rivhab.com or (208) 825-1700 for more information.
