Kalob Turner
Kalob has more than 10 years of project management experience delivering complex heavy civil, transportation, utility, and land development projects throughout Idaho and Montana. He began his career with Knife River in 2016 while completing his degree and advanced into a Project Manager role, working on numerous projects for the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), Ada County Highway District (ACHD), Federal Highway Administration, and local counties and road districts.
In 2021, Kalob relocated to Montana and joined Williams Civil as a Project Manager, where he helped manage a large, three-year land development project that included four lodges, 70 condominiums, and associated roadway and infrastructure improvements. After returning to the Boise area, he joined Warner as a Project Manager and managed a major underground utility project at Micron, one of the largest projects of its kind in Idaho.
Kalob brings extensive experience working with both public- and private-sector clients and coordinating with contractors, agencies, and project stakeholders. He values building strong relationships and approaches project challenges through collaboration and practical problem-solving. His focus is on finding solutions that balance quality, constructability, schedule, and cost while keeping projects moving efficiently toward successful completion.
