Grant Childers is a heavy equipment operator and laborer at RIVHAB. A recent graduate of the Idaho Career Opportunities - Next in Construction (ICONIC) program in Boise, Grant brings hands-on experience to the team.

Originally from California, he developed his skills in construction, electrical work, and municipal projects before pursuing his passion for heavy equipment. At RIVHAB, he contributes to projects like Discovery Park near Lucky Peak, where he supports site work and grading with a detail-oriented approach.

Outside of work, you’ll find Grant enjoying time with his family.
